FOR CLUBS

Photographs your club can use

Matchday content

Agree the team, key moments and intended uses before the fixture. Receive a selected, edited gallery with the club’s own website, social channels and newsletters covered by the agreed licence.

People and sponsors

Include team portraits, volunteers, presentations or sponsor details when these fit the brief. A sponsor’s advertising or separate commercial use is discussed and quoted separately.

THE APPROACH

A manageable first booking

01

Choose one fixture

Send the date, venue, timing and purpose of the images. If you already have a photographer, we can discuss complementary coverage.

02

Agree a clear scope

Coverage, edited files, delivery, usage and any travel costs are agreed in the quote. There is no need to commit to a season straight away.

03

Plan the next date

If the first session is useful, we can plan a few fixtures around your calendar and budget.

OTHER COVERAGE

Tournaments and youth sport

For multi-team events, agree priorities and access in advance. Youth coverage follows the organisation’s photography restrictions and the delivery arrangements agreed for that booking.

STARTING PRICES

Options for clubs

For a club, match coverage starts from £95 for up to 90 minutes, with around 75+ edited images as a guide and typical delivery within 24–48 hours, depending on workload. A £25 supplement applies if the total return journey takes more than one hour. See all options and what each includes.

A WAY TO FUND COVERAGE

Could a sponsor support your next fixture?

Sponsor-funded coverage

A local sponsor can contribute to or cover the agreed photography fee. For example, a 90-minute club fixture starts from £95. The club receives an edited gallery for its agreed channels; sponsor credit can be discussed with the club. If permissions allow, we can agree a separate licence for a small selection, for example 8–10 images for the sponsor’s own website or social channels; paid campaigns are quoted separately.

Share the starting cost

For example, a sponsor could contribute £50 towards the £95 starting fee and the club cover the remaining £45. The contribution, deliverables and any sponsor use are agreed before booking; there is no commitment beyond the fixture.
