School sport, thoughtfully covered
Action and the atmosphere of a fixture, sports day or tournament, with access and delivery agreed around your school’s requirements.

FOR SCHOOLS
Start with the brief
Sport and communication
Choose the fixture, teams and moments that matter. The brief can include edited photographs for school newsletters, website pages or other uses stated in the quote.
Your nominated contact
Before the event, we agree access, the school’s photography policy, restrictions and intended recipients. Image use and delivery are confirmed with your nominated member of staff.
BEFORE THE DAY
Permissions and delivery
How are photography restrictions handled?
The school shares its applicable policy and an agreed method of identifying anyone who must not be photographed. We discuss these arrangements before coverage starts.
Will the photographs be public?
Public portfolio use and sales to families are discussed separately. School delivery does not automatically authorise either use.
Can the gallery have restricted access?
We agree the delivery route, viewers and download arrangements before booking. Where Pixieset is used, appropriate access settings are configured and checked for the agreed recipients.
What about DBS and insurance requirements?
Please share the requirements for the proposed work. Relevant documentation and suitability for that role should be checked before the booking is confirmed.
STARTING PRICES
Options for schools
For schools, fixture coverage starts from £125 for up to 90 minutes, with around 75+ edited images as a guide and typical delivery within 24–48 hours, depending on workload. A £25 supplement applies if the total return journey takes more than one hour. We agree image use, restrictions and access with your nominated contact. See the full package details.
FUNDING A TOURNAMENT
Could a sponsor help make the event coverage work?
Sponsor-funded coverage
A sponsor can cover the agreed organiser fee. A tournament of up to three hours starts from £175; the organiser receives the agreed event gallery, with sponsor credit discussed in advance. A sponsor’s own marketing or paid advertising use needs a separate agreed licence.
A simple hybrid example
If a sponsor contributes £100 towards the £175 starting fee, the organiser pays the remaining £75. If agreed, participants can also access a separate gallery and buy photographs. Those sales are not guaranteed and do not reduce the agreed coverage fee. The organiser promotes the gallery; participant contact lists are not needed.
